This was a perfect mix of hiking and exploring hidden treasures in the. area. We were staying just north of San Diego and chose to open 1 envelope per day. The mix of activities was perfect.

I’ve been to this area quite many times, but this planned trip helped me finding the areas that I’ve missed all the time I’ve been there. It’s a great way to plan your trip and with the stop recommendations it’s cherry on the top. Recommended 100%….!!!👌🏽

It was good! We had already just been to about half the locations previously! But that’s just because we are very active in our community. I think they would have been great gems for someone newer to the area.

This was our first trip using Guess Where Trips and we were not disappointed. Unfortunately a couple of things were closed, but can't wait to go back when they are open. There was one stop that we could get into due too much snow but we will go back. I drove past this place a lot of times and did not know it was there. Cannot wait for our next trip. Vistas & Caves

This trip was so much fun! It was my first Guess Where Trip so I didn't know what to expect but it was very enjoyable, even for my boyfriend, who had been a bit of a skeptic (particularly about the joy of small coffee shops). He even tried (and loved) the recommended drink at the first stop.

We fit the trip into one day and had a wonderful time, but we spent the whole day strategizing how we would turn the same stops on the trip into a weekend adventure with a hotel the next time we do it. And we WILL be doing the exact same thing again, perhaps in the summertime to switch it up.

A couple of tips before embarking on this trip:
1) Bring an appetite. Because of the nature of the mystery envelopes, we weren't sure whether it was best to eat at Stop 2 or Stop 3 and the envelopes just tell you where is food, it never says "you should eat lunch now". So choose wisely
2) Similarly, make sure you read all of the fine print and smaller text in the envelopes too. We ended up finding our FAVOURITE restaurant in the smaller text that provided an "alternate" in the envelope for Stop 3 (I believe it was 3...)
3) The option we chose for the final stop did end up being possibly reservation only (which the booklet did warn about) when we were there on Dec 14, so if you choose one that says that, I do recommend calling ahead to check when you decide on that stop.

This was a wonderful day trip on a snowy day. We enjoyed all the recommended stops so much my guests from Vietnam wish to return and go again in finer weather .

The entire trip is a nice easy drive out of Toronto, and the whole thing is cute stop after cute stop.
My girlfriend and I love these adventures, as competitive bodybuilders it’s hard to find things to do that aren’t centred around food, so these trips are fantastic
