Can’t travel until the new year? No problem! Many options on this trip are open year-round, but note that the festive offerings will no longer be available.

We recommend departing between 9:30 - 10:00 am if you’re coming from Philadelphia, and depart an hour earlier if you’re coming from the Allentown, Newark, New York City or Wilmington areas. The later you leave, the less time you’ll have to explore all of the stops.

While there are a handful of outdoor dog-friendly options on this road trip, we recommend leaving your furry friend at home for the day so you can make the most out of every stop.

We recommend bringing 2 - 5 people on your surprise road trip adventure.

If you're bringing a larger group, we highly recommend having one person in charge of booking reservations at restaurants and attractions in advance. Please see the previous page for a copy of the digital itinerary.
