Too close to home

We had a wonderful time exploring the “Guess Where Trips - Small Town Charm Trail”. I made it into a family outing with my wife, sister, niece and nephew. The GWT package was a birthday gift. The first two stops were engaging and informative, offering new experiences and insights. The third stop took us to familiar places we’d visited before, so it wasn’t new to us. The final stop recommended two towns just a short drive from our hometown—one of which is where my sister, niece, and nephew live. We are in both these towns numerous times a week, so there wasn’t much that was new to discover, especially since we've all lived here our whole lives. We had hoped for destinations a bit further from home and realized I might have misinterpreted the website. Next time, we’ll definitely aim to explore a more distant area.

Wonderful Afternoon

We purchased the small towns package out of Kitchener. What a terrific day exploring new places we haven’t seen before even though we’ve lived in the area for 20 years! We even met others on the road doing the same trip. I went with my elderly mother sinuses a walker and it was perfect for her too. I will definitely do this again!

A perfect getaway

This was a birthday gift for my husband. We had never heard of get Away Trips before. We were so pleasantly surprised. We chose a beautiful sunny day in Autumn to travel through the back roads in the area. We were excited to open each envelope as we headed to our next destination and discovered new towns and places to visit. It was a unique gift to receive, very well laid out and informative and we will definitely do it again. Plus it will make a great gift as well.

Small Town Charm Trail

We ran out of time for the last envelope. Because that place had the most to enjoy, perhaps making it envelope 1 would help out better. Envelope 3 was a waste, in our experience.
