Itinerary

STOP 1

Start your day by heading to this charming country town centred around a dam and its falls. Drive time to the second stop is 17 minutes.

STOP 2

Another cute town, another waterfall. We've also recommended a few hiking trails if you're ready to stretch your legs. Drive time to the third stop is 19 minutes.

STOP 3

Grab a bite to eat for the next stop. We've recommended a variety of delicious eateries and some other attractions to look out for. Drive time to the fourth stop is 5 minutes.

STOP 4

The last stop includes two of the biggest waterfalls of the day. We've also included two bonus options if you'd like to keep travelling- including five more waterfalls to check out!

This itinerary can be used Thursday to Saturday from Spring to Fall.

We recommend departing between 7:30 am and 8:30 am if you’re departing from the GTA. The later you leave, the less time you may have to complete all the stops. 

You can bring your pup on The Waterfall Route!

The trip includes patio options for when it’s warm & take out options. There will also be at least one dog-friendly activity at each stop. If you bring your furry friend, you will be unable to bring them into any indoor suggestions.

We recommended bringing up to 5 people on your surprise road trip. If you're bringing a larger group, we highly recommend having one person in charge of booking reservations at the restaurants and attractions in advance. In your confirmation email, you'll receive a copy of the itinerary.

One suggestion on your Fourth Stop requires an admission of $10, with a second free option. Please bring cash or have cell data available to pay online.

A beautiful day in nature

This package took me to some beautiful trails and nature spots that were unknown to me previously. The second waterfall stop appeared to be the best for doing additional hiking. We would have liked to spend more time there, but we did not depart as early in the morning as the package advised. The only warning I would give to someone considering this package is that the last waterfall stop was really tight on parking. I think there were a lot of fellow experiencers there and the tiny parking lot was overwhelmed.

The Waterfall Route

This was a fun trip, (did this in early October) the weather had been a bit dry for a while, so some of the waterfalls were not as vibrant and flowing as much as they normally would but still beautiful scenery and could listen to the flowing water all day long! The stops were super cute and fun.

Overall it was a nice day

We did enjoy most of the stops on the itinerary. The first one was a waste and could be replaced with something else. A stop at an overpriced store with minimal selections..really just a small grocery store.
The last one gave direction to an additional scenic spot but the directions led to the middle of a dirt road and nothing scenic..overall, it was good. We visited 3 waterfalls that we had never seen before and enjoyed the adventure together

Waterfalls

My husband and I did the waterfalls package. We love going for walks and chasing waterfalls! I do photography as a hobby and was able to get some great fall pictures as well as waterfalls 😊. Such a great idea! Looking to doing some more
