Loved our adventure!

It's amazing how many little gems we have in our own backyard that we weren't aware of before this trip. I will definitely be purchasing additional adventures and sharing as gifts. Well done Guess Where!!

Underwhelming

Unfortunately just wasn’t impressed with this trip compared to the first one we did (Markets to Mountains). My boyfriend and I felt the reviews and quotes about this trip were quite exaggerated. The trail really wasn’t anything special, or out of the ordinary. The towns were very quiet with not many people, and the shops didn’t really spark our interest. The beach that was quoted to be one of the most beaches in southern Ontario was nothing to write home about. The winery was the best part and mostly because of the service. We still enjoyed ourselves but felt this would be better for a family trip rather than a couples trip (based on our tastes of course).

Mystery Road Trip Adventure with my Girls!

I did this trip as a birthday gift to my sister and sister-in-lawl We had a great time following our Stops. It was an incredibly hot and humid day and we decided on the Old Growth Forest Trail rather than the Wetland Trail at Dan Patterson Conservation Area, as it was over-run with mosquitos. I will say that as an avid hiker, it was not a great hike and the "overlook" was disappointing. We had fun at the recommended stops and especially enjoyed our lunch at New Sarum Diner. Great folks and the unique fish and chips is not to be missed. Unfortunately by the time we reached our "Little Village of Sparta" everything had closed by 4/4:30 pm. The Quai Du Vin Estate Winery experience was very memorable. Lovely people and a lovely winery. We enjoyed wine tasting and a delicious charcuterie board. On weekends in summer they have music and other events. We split up our trip and did an overnight in Port Stanley and the suggested accommodation was just right. We wish we had more time for the beach but back-tracked a bit to complete our "mission". Overall it was a joy doing something different without all the planning. Would definitely do this again!
