Muskoka

I loved the concept and was excited for a fun day! This was purchased as a gift for my husband as it sounded like everything he would love, coffee, beer, wine and trails. It was a great day but I wouldn't say that it met my expectations. At some points were underwhelmed or disappointed.

Unfortunately 2 options in our second stop were closed. We had checked the website prior to visiting to ensure nothing on our trip was impacted by possible closures. The trail said it was closed but we still went. The reason I booked this specific one was because I know muskoka has great breweries. We didn't love the one that was suggested. We intended to go for lunch but were turned off. I think it would be nicer in the summer with the outdoor option. So perhaps we lucked out. The cool coffee place was closed for the season which is too bad because it looked awesome. We will have to go back as it looked like a good suggestion! The cranberry winery was awesome! The pizza place was OK. We opted to have that for dinner as it is said to be muskoka's best pizza. Perhaps it is but I didn't feel it was worth the stop. We enjoyed the short trails. Perhaps this trip could use some updates or tweaking to make it better. We still enjoyed the day I just didn't think it was as amazing as I expected it to be from what I read. The bakery in the morning was worth the stop for some yummy donuts so don't waste your time with tims. Again I love the concept perhaps a different one will serve us better and I'm optimistic to try something different. Just a suggestion - it would be awesome if the pdf version had clickable links like addresses etc. I would pay extra for something a bit more interactive.

Meandering Marvels

What a great day, excellent stops for short walks with big viewing rewards. Wasn’t keen on one recommended food stop but left a suitable review there. Will most definitely recommend Guess Where Trips to all friends and family.

Good trails

The trails and nature are the best part of this trip. Though some are not very accessible. One isn’t worth going to until late at night when you can see the stars, and before that you can’t even do the entire trail because people are just sitting in the way waiting for the stars to come out. However, the rest of the trails have beautiful scenery and the restaurant selections further down the trip are unique.
