Itinerary

STOP 1

Grab a coffee and head to an art walk which is unlike anything we've ever seen. It feels like a giant game of eye-spy! Drive time to the second stop is 15 minutes.

STOP 2

A cute small town with a unique railroad past awaits! We've recommended a few local shops & a cafe. Drive time to the third stop is 20 minutes.

STOP 3

Meander beneath towering redwoods, stop at a historic winery, or head to a converted bank for a pic in the photo booth. Drive time to the fourth stop is 15 minutes.

STOP 4

Shop 'till you drop at the last small town of the day. Not ready to go home yet? We've recommended a great beach nearby.

*We recommend booking an overnight hotel if the driving distance is greater than 4 hours round-trip.

This trip is best done Thursday - Sunday throughout the year.

We recommend leaving between 8:30 am and 9:00 am. The later you leave, the less time you’ll have to explore all of the stops.

This trip is pet-friendly. There is at least one option on every stop that allows dogs; however, bringing your furry friend will limit you from going into many of the shops we recommend.

We recommended bringing up to 5 people on your surprise road trip.

If you're bringing a larger group, we highly recommend having one person in charge of booking reservations at restaurants and attractions in advance. Please see the previous page for a copy of the digital itinerary.
