Itinerary

STOP 1

Stroll, sip coffee, or pop into local shops to start your day in a relaxing way. Drive time to the second stop is 7 minutes.

STOP 2

This place is truly one-of-a-kind and will leave you feeling like a star with photo ops galore! Drive time to the third stop is 20 minutes.

STOP 3

For stop three you'll explore a quirky desert oasis before grabbing a bite to eat at a spot loved by locals. Drive time to the fourth stop is 15 minutes.

STOP 4

With so much to do in the area we have left it up to you to choose how to end the day. We've recommended everything from funky art or cocktails to photo ops and easy trails.

*We recommend booking an overnight hotel if the driving distance is greater than 4 hours round-trip.

This trip can be done from Thursday - Monday throughout the year, however it will be quite hot and dry in the summer months.

We recommend getting to the area around 10:30 am, so plan your departure time accordingly.

This trip is pet-friendly! At every stop there will be at least one dog-friendly option.

Note that most of our eatery suggestions will only allow dogs on outdoor patios. Please keep this in mind and coordinate with the weather.

We recommended bringing up to 5 people on your surprise road trip.
