E-Commerce Manager

Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Manager at Guess Where Trips is a remote position (with the opportunity to come into the office) that will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across current and new regions. Your primary focus will encompass SEO enhancements, affiliate marketing management, PR strategy coordination, and overseeing paid media advertising campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the online presence and revenue generation of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Improving SEO:

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings.
  • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Affiliate Marketing Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to expand the reach of our products.
  • Create and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

PR Strategy with New Product Launches:

  • Develop PR strategies for new product launches.
  • Craft compelling press releases, pitches, and media kits to generate buzz and coverage.
  • Identify and leverage media opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Paid Media Advertising:

  • Develop and execute paid media advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize ad campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve desired ROI and sales targets.


  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a multi-regional context.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Demonstrated success in managing affiliate marketing programs and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with PR strategies, media relations, and content creation is desirable.
  • Proficiency in paid media advertising platforms and campaign management tools.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (inDesign and Canva) is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
