Itinerary

STOP 1

Start your day with some of our favorite places to grab a bite or browse some funky shops. Drive time to the second stop is 15 minutes.

STOP 2

take a drive through the countryside for some historic photo ops and romantic covered bridges. Drive time to the third stop is 10 minutes.

STOP 3

Wander the main street of this idyllic riverside town. Whether you choose to eat lunch, shop, or explore a funky art gallery, we have you covered. Drive time to the fourth stop is 15 minutes.

STOP 4

You'll have to bring something out of the ordinary from home to make this last trail "sing." Not up for a trek? We've recommended a couple unique spots to grab a drink.

*We recommend booking an overnight hotel if the driving distance is greater than 4 hours round-trip.

This trip is best done between Wednesday - Sunday between April - November. Can be done in the winter months; however, a few options on your final stop are seasonal and will be closed.

Many options are closed Monday and/or Tuesday so we do not recommend traveling on those days of the week.

We recommend leaving anytime between 9:00 and 9:30 am. The later you leave, the less time you may have to complete all of the stops.

This trip is somewhat dog-friendly; however, certain eateries and shops will not allow you to bring your furry friend. Be sure to keep your dog leashed and call in advance to confirm dog-friendliness.

We recommended bringing up to 5 people on your surprise road trip.

If you're bringing a larger group, we highly recommend having one person in charge of booking reservations at the restaurants and attractions in advance. In your confirmation email, you'll receive a copy of the itinerary.

There are no fees at any stop.

SO MUCH FUN!

Great destinations and they save the best for last! Could have spent even more time at each spot as there are so many fun options. We had a good time going during the winter, but would recommend going during warmer weather as more things will be open. Thanks!

Perfect Family Day!

I've been meaning to write a review for MONTHS! Now that it's 2025 and I'm taking a break from unpacking and reorganizing I'm reminiscing about one of my favorite days as a family! My 16yo and 12yo daughters loved different things along the way. My husband and I loved the views, the food, the memories, and we all loved the garden center (not saying the name to preserve the mystery) + the bar! We laughed, ate, found new favorites and visited some old ones. We have a list of places we want to return to and I'm looking forward to our next adventure! THANK YOU!!!

Spontaneous adventure at its BEST

I thought this would be a fun day adventure for my husband and I. Since I mostly plan our little excursions this was a gift for me too. By far my favorite experience! I can’t wait to order more and have found the perfect gift for friends and family. Absolutely so damn fun!

Beautiful

Did this trip for an anniversary, and we loved it! It was super cool to see things we wouldnt ever had on our own. I will say - if you are from the Philly area, it is closer than it says in the "distance" information. Just wanted to put that incase people were worried about the distance. The furthest point is also not too far either, much closer than what it states.
