What's included?

Each box comes with 20 sealed cards, and every card unlocks a detailed digital itinerary with interactive maps, tips, and stop breakdowns to guide you along the way.

Not included: any additional food, drinks, gas or admission fees. For our Getaway Boxes, hotels are recommended but not included.

When and where can I buy one?

This collection launches October 15th!

Those who join the waitlist will get early access and a 15% off coupon. Boxes can be purchased on our website or in-store at 100 Kellogg Lane in London, ON (only Ontario-area boxes will be carried in-store).

How is this different from the Classic Day Trips?

Our Classic Day Trips are a full day with 4 stops, and they keep the mystery going all day long. You'll open a new envelope at each stop, so every reveal is a surprise.

Our new Day Trip & Getaway Boxes flip that: open one of the 20 sealed cards and your whole itinerary is revealed at once. You get a little mystery up front, then a fully mapped-out itinerary, which is great if you'd rather plan ahead than wing it stop by stop.

What is the difference between a Day Trip Box and a Getaway Box?

Both boxes contain 20 sealed cards and a reveal-it-all-at-once format, but Getaway Boxes go further afield across Ontario and New York State. We've built them around iconic destinations and included nearby hotel recommendations to make it easy to plan your next multi-day getaway!

How long does each trip take?

Day Trip Boxes: Each 3-stop itinerary is about 4-6 hours, start to finish, in the area around the city featured on your box - don't worry, there's no need to drive into the city itself to kick things off.

Getaway Boxes: Each itinerary still contains 3 stops, but with more options to choose from. They're ideal for overnight stays, but if you live near the area, you can also do them as a full-day road trip.

Who are these boxes best for?

Couples, friends, families - anyone who wants a fun day out without the guesswork of putting one together!

And, they make a great gift, too - twenty adventures in one box is basically a year's worth of spontaneous days out. Rather than picking the one trip you hope they'll love, you're handing them 20 options to choose from for a whole year of fun!

Are the destinations a surprise?

Yes, the exact itinerary stays hidden until you open the card. We do give you enough on the outside to help you pick the right adventure for your mood or timing, but the good stuff is inside.

Once opened, all 3 stops are revealed - no stop-by-stop surprises, just a full day mapped out and ready to go.

Do I need a smartphone?

Yes - you'll scan a QR code to unlock your full itinerary, so you'll need a smartphone with data or a reliable connection throughout the day.

The physical card has the core itinerary, but the QR code is where the extra maps, tips, fun facts, and details live.
