As soon as we receive your order, we start working on the customisation of your trip. Many of the accommodations we work with also have a strict cancellation policy. Because of this, we do not allow cancellations after a booking has been made.
In the event that your plans change, please contact us and we will try to help. If we are able to re-sell your getaway, we can refund you your payment minus a $200 administrative fee (which helps cover the costs associated with your cancellation on our end).
