This 'mini road trip' offers up quite a few adventures within North Vancouver. Perfect for families, and roadtrippers who don't want to venture too far away from home. Discover your new favourite farm, beach or cafe while you 'Explore the Shore'.

This trip can be taken any day throughout the year. The animal suggestion on your second stop is closed on Monday, but we recommend two other activities!

Itinerary

STOP 1

Start your day with a morning pick-me-up and seaside relaxation. Baked goods for breakfast never hurt anyone! Drive time to your second stop is 10 minutes.

STOP 2

Choose between a marshland stroll OR a visit to a local farm where you can make friends with donkeys, pigs and goats. There’s also an option for kayak or canoe rentals at this stop! Drive time to your third stop is 13 minutes.

STOP 3

Head out on a quick hike that offers stunning views & photo-worthy moments. Not up for a trek? There are some great shops and restaurants listed as alternatives! Drive time to your fourth stop is 15 minutes.

STOP 4

Reminisce on your road trip adventure while you sip on a cold one. Breweries, local markets, and selfie spots galore await you at your last stop!

This trip can be done any day throughout the year. The animal suggestion on your second stop is closed on Monday, but we recommend two other activities!

We recommend leaving between 9:00 am - 9:30 am. However, the earlier you head out the less crowded it will be!

You can bring your pooch but it may limit you from going into some of the recommended stops. There will be at least one pup-friendly activity available at each stop, and take-out options.

We recommend bringing between 2- 5 people on your surprise road trip adventure.

Second Stop: One option is $9 / Adult and $5.30 / Kid and Senior, but we recommend other free activities.

Paid parking may be required at some stops.

Great trip but busy!

This was a great little day trip we did with our family but we went on a Saturday and boy was it busy. I recommend leaving really early or doing it on a weekday.
